Where dialogue transforms into collective action

The EntrePovos Gatherings are key moments in the process: spaces where Indigenous Peoples, Afro-descendant, and Local Community (PIACL) organizations share knowledge, methodologies, challenges, and shared horizons.

Since 2019, these gatherings have been the foundation for strengthening our organizations, building trust, and defining long-term collective strategies.

What are the gatherings?

They are spaces methodologically designed for mutual learning, where regional histories, organizational experiences, diverse leaderships, and worldviews intersect and dialogue without hierarchies.

Each gathering allows us to:

Systematize community learnings.

Validate organizational strengthening approaches.

Define lines of action with continuity.

Generate proposals from and for the territories.

Types of gatherings

In-person Gatherings
Regional and international meetings where physical presence enhances deep listening, peer connection, and collective building.

Virtual Gatherings
Thematic sessions organized by region or shared interests that sustained the process during the pandemic and expanded the network of participation.
